Probably one scum faction considering it’s singular threat and not threats and no mention of neutrals, so NK or double NK team or the like is probably out. There is the sneaky alternative of “The Empire” ala Eevee’s game with splintered scum factions though.

I like this theory on how much scum there is and whether or not there’s an NK.

If Tele is scum I think PKR is likely to be scum as well based on how she’s defending him for really bad reasons, it reminds me a lot of my D1 defense of Vulgard in LotR FM except that PKR is acting scummier than Vul was.

It’s like saying D1 in a CFoL that there’s four scum not counting neuts, because you’re factoring in converts and assuming there will be two, but phrasing it as ‘there are four scum’ rather than ‘there will be four scum over the course of the game.’ Basically, your phrasing here doesn’t make sense for thinking about the possibility of conversion.

Too bad. At least having it be talked about will hopefully edge it in everyone’s minds this time around.
