Yes, sorry, I was asking about town games I just forgot to mention that part. They were neut in FoL 18, Cult in CoC, and NK in FoL 23, which would seem to support the claim that they can be activity read.

Only HoB game with them in it is HoB I, though they were scum (DE) and active so that kind of breaks the pattern. Would like to see if they have any towngames where they lowpost still, it could be AI in one direction and not the other.
