Actually yeah, I forgot I only read Solic as town based on association, it is perfectly reasonable to put him back in the PoE

There isn’t much content, but I liked what I did see. He had a genuine thought process despite the low amount of content. I feel like it wouldn’t be easy to fake as scum. You typically need content as scum to fake a thought process, because faking content is easier than faking progression.
