You can do the thing I described earlier about ISOs - tag someone in your post without sending it. Then you can click the tag in the preview to see all of their posts in the thread.

This ancient curse or the religious knowledge thing omne thingy requires a Priest alive. Maybe Mystic as well if it spawned.
The Pestilence one requires everyone to be marked.
The other ones are unknown to us at this time. I believe every omega action is a conditional.
