Keep in mind I didn’t know marshal said he visited Vulguard becuase only kyo knew in a link

I personally think marshal is mastermind and got alerted on a attempted occupation if they where infact occupied.
I think some MM’s are occupation immune right?

Yes - if he got prevented by something like a Merc guard or a Jail. No - if he got occupied directly.
Can’t you just ask Wazza about it? He should be able to tell you since it’s about the mechanics of your class.
