‘Not wanting to be executed’ and ‘not wanting to be poisoned’ are both two very good reasons here, and like I said the faster we solved the game the less likely the chances of someone deciding to stab me.

I think Tele was trying to fake progression there, like she has given the Arete matter a lot of thought. Perhaps she even has, because no matter which faction you are, it is good to know the faction of the King. But anyway, this feels like she is trying to look like she generates content, but went for the easy way to do that - discussing Arete’s potential alignment and our options related to them.

I don’t like these vibes, honestly. Maybe my argument makes little to no sense here, but I think that starting post was pretty scummy. It didn’t bring anything new to the table, it just showed progression. The part about ‘I’m not King, I was FoL neuts in’ feels tacked on and unnecessary, too. Basically I’m getting the impression the post was trying way too hard to be towny.

I’m afraid this is the game where Tele has finally rolled scum.

I honestly have no idea how I made that read now that I think about it, but at least it was correct.
…Vul early reads not that bad anymore?

It just doesn’t make sense to me. I would have dethroned you immediately as scum if had a suspicion you weren’t EK.

There is also the mentality.

Waiting for town to come under pressure, look to me as a valid option for death to claim, and because by that point claims won’t help at all.

Outing Neut, and playing for town would help increase the survivability. Do note, that it could have back fired, LOL NEUTS OUT.

But overall, yeppers.

I hate openclaiming neut early but this time I was pretty sure that if I claimed GK I’d be dead by the end of D2, so.

This game was just… weird. It was really fast, tons of kills at night. An unconvertable Sheriff got lynched.

Not particularly. Might have went for it either way as EK would probably self-guard.
Then again, Arete only guarded themselves once out of four times as Cowardly King.
