I donā€™t believe that Kyo ISNā€™T a BD.

Well, 2 to 3 other players think otherwise.
There is a way to prove me though; According to Sam, I am either Visi or Heroine. Neither are DI. I am a Baronet. I have a Day ability which lets me become DI overnight. If Sam is US, then he can attack me, and I will survive the night.

Then there is the possibility that he doesnā€™t attack me, but thatā€™s his problem and not mine. We literally can get a tracker to track Sam.

that is a typo, apologies. If unseen is attacked with the ability, they do not actually get attacked and just get permaframed while the marauder loses all night abilities but is not informed of such.
