I actually believe he thought that Marshal slipped. That’s the bad part. And that’s why I disliked his appearance before. Because I thought he was going for a mislynch (being, not his faction)

Marshal blatantly did not slip. He proved he was aware of what he was posting, even if his soft was extremely stupid or his reaction test was dreadful.
This is another repeat where somehow revealing myself is the only way I’m town.

The only argument for that is if you made some sort of reasoning up of ‘You are more confident if you are an IC and if you were any other town role you’d want to go under the radar’

That is the only thing I can ever see ICs affecting.
IC = Town
Town = Town
Town = Playing towards town’s goal = finding scum
Why does IC = Finding scum more efficiently and Town Non-IC = Finding scum less efficiently
