I would clear Shurian/Vulgard based off this on not being Visionary at least tbh. Being treated exactly the same as Geyde, just like Jgoes did earlier actually.
Looksss decentish for Sam, they also had the conversion townslip earier.
These sound more agendaish, so I wouldn’t clear Sir from interactions with PKR.
The next visionary wouldn’t have any investigative protection at all from what I can tell, so they’d be detectable to us as well
