nk/group scum hit immune (which is highly unlikely)
or the person they hit was healed

and frankly i think the nk killed possessed here as what reason would the nk have to kill marshal

Anyways as far as I know Ami can only be Arbiter or Senex (if Senex, either alignment is possible, but I read her as Unseen Senex if so), or I guess technically she could be some other HoB having the Arbiter cover for her
