I feel like this post gives Arete Arbiter equity in a HoB game (you can give yourself a Bounty as a day ability and claim a fake bleed), but it’s a BD game, so. Even if Arete were to fake a bleed, they would be screwed if they bountied a neutral…

Maybe they hit a neutral N1 (sulit)? Then Arete could claim they bountied her to get her lynched, and since they know it’s a neutral, claiming the Bounty is relatively safe, because the target won’t flip Unseen and there will be no additional lynch…

…Tinfoil or not? I’ve just figured out that could be exactly what happened, although I’m still not sure why the neutral killer would attack Marshal, the Marshal claim, of all people.

If Arete is a wolf, though, we have towncore wolves for sure. The play is super bold and would not be made within a team that is on the ropes.

I’m not sure about this, but now that I see it as a possibility, I can’t stop thinking about it.
