Day 2 Execution Flavor
“SILENCE! Let the accused speak!”
Katze winces at the booming voice of the King’s Commander. Ever since the inauguration of King Arete, and the death of their son Seth, the court has been on high alert - searching for anyone that could serve as a threat to the throne. The alarming death of the Prince has wreaked havoc on the Kingdom, as everyone serving the Blue Dragon struggles to identify the traitors and perpetrators of such a heinous crime.
The young student leans against the railing, standing alongside their mentor as they overlook the scene below them. Just over a day ago, the Festival of Masks began in Castle Adiart, which brought thousands of people from across the Kingdom to celebrate in the keep. Now, hundreds of people gather in the throne room, watching with curious eyes as the scene unfolds. Many faces are concealed - covered with fabric in honor of the Festival’s traditions. Though the celebration is one of merriment, it also provides the perfect opportunity for conspiracy groups such as The Unseen to get away with villainy unnoticed.
“Your majesty, I did not commit any crimes. I beg you, please… let me go.” A scrawny young man collapses to his knees in the center of the room, a white cape falls down his back - the sigil of the Blue Dragon standing out in stark contrast against the ivory cloth. “What can I do in my defense?”
“Take off your helmet and let me see your face, child. You are no soldier of mine,” the King declares. With a gesture, the monarch signals their guards to surround the figure. “You are accused of treason against the Kingdom. You are a known evildoer, and possible conspirator against the throne. Remove your helmet and face your King.”
After a long pause, the Knight sighs, placing his gloved hands on either side of his helm. “As you wish…”
In one fluid motion, the man lifts the helmet from atop his head, revealing long, shaggy red hair, and a pair of cat-like ears. Though Katze cannot make out the traitor’s face, they know exactly what everyone sees as they stare in horror at the Demon.
The King gasps, “Take off their head! Back to hell where it belongs! Kill the catgirl!”

Neutral Killer
Driven (Passive) - Immune to death at night, occupation and target changing. In addition you are immune to bleeding and will be informed upon being bled.
Mindstorm (Passive) - Once per night you may guess a player’s class name. If you are correct you will empower your Main Ability to bypass protections. This passive will be disabled if you guess incorrectly twice. Cannot Target the King, nor can target the same person after a successful guess.
Walking Bomb (Day) - Place a bomb on target player. - Infinite uses
Funeral Pyre (Night) - Set your target ablaze, killing them.

Day Three Flavor
“Can you see it now? Just off the horizon. No, no, to the East.”
The student shifts their scope in the direction their mentor points, squinting through the lens. “I don’t understand, my lady, what exactly am I looking for?”
“Today we search for the Morning Star, while it is at its brightest. Perhaps reading it can provide some insight on recent events. Now - look for the moon, the two will come and go as a pair. ”
Katze sighs, taking aim once more. They alter the angle of their equipment and adjust their position on the stool. Through the eyepiece, the apprentice locates the moon - pausing to take in the glory of such a beautiful celestial body. Ever since the Royal Astromancer brought Katze under her wing, she has taught them how to view and understand the importance of the magnificent objects that occupy the sky.
The student slowly tilts the spyglass, inching further away from the moon as they search for a bright speck in the broad abyss. Within moments, Katze spots it. Not more than a millimeter in diameter, the planet Venus sits in the center of their field of view. Though the instrument was designed by the greatest astronomers and constructed by the finest of craftsmen, the telescope does relatively little to magnify the heavenly body.
“I’ve found it!” the apprentice exclaims, attempting to maintain their position in their excitement. “What shall I do now?”
“Describe it to me.”
Katze squints and peers through the eyepiece once more. The Morning Star is nothing more than a bright yellow speck, standing out in stark contrast against the ebony sky. Just as the student opens their mouth to report their findings, a streak of light dashes through the image. Furrowing their brow, Katze removes their eye from the lens and looks out the window - trying to make sense of the scene before them. “Falling stars… what does it mean?”
“On any other day, this would be a blessing,” the woman explains with a quivering voice, “but today…this… this is a curse. Something terrible has happened.”
