It’s a thunderdome with that unknown person and Vulgard I believe, assuming that a lucky frame wasn’t in play at the time
your redcheck can only be on the Assassin (or a frame) meaning that the normal effects of not outing a redcheck right away (getting more spew) are negated as whoever it is knows that they’re redchecked
