because while there are a couple of exceptions (e.g. Vul being in your PoE) your not-PoE-circle corresponds fairly closely with the players who are regarded as Good Players this is not a comment on anyoneā€™s actual skill level, please no one be offended, Iā€™m just talking about perceived skill here
