How come? While difficult, it isn’t impossible that we get to exe a scum during D1 that is not Insanity, right? In the worst case scenario, we will lose a town, but the other scum faction would know for sure that Insanity is a scum of the opposing party.

I do not really want to give him the night(assuming by ‘defense’, you mean claim). being able to kill 2 people at the cost of yourself is…eh? One of those shots are going to probably hit alice if he is; I think his claim doesnt really save them
if he claimed earlier id be more prone to agree, but this is very easily just trying to get out of the execution.
