Yes, they can. The Visionary can tailor themselves, so you can’t mech-clear someone of being/not being the Visionary.

We had two outed Marauders and the Visionary has a passive that can fake visits.

Point is that the kill on Soul doesn’t confirm you as he was an openwolf and we have two people also claiming it as well, and I’m TR’ing Leafia and Frost.
