No (current) scum has the ability to occupy during Day Phase, and ash4fun himself claimed to have been bled during N2 by the Crusader and is scheduled to die Tonight.
Long story short: Don’t worry about it.

Though as others have said I’m socially town, though if that isn’t enough for town killers then if I have to die for Unseen to win so be it.
