Converting a player that you know will be healed of a bleed isn’t a bad thing from my point of view. Think about it, you can claim “it’s not me, they bled me” when you take into account the chances of them being healed

In my opinion a good convert is someone who won’t be suspected and can be the missing component to your team. I know Arete asked me what I think a strong convert is and that is my answer

I will add that I think Alice would be a convert in Visionary!Frost worlds
