Hi Gorta! Do you use a calendar app? I’d be nowhere without my calendar app. Haha. 
My suggestion would be to schedule various game deadlines into your calendar app and set them as recurring. I haven’t done this yet for FoL since I never stopped thinking about it, but I have a calendar just for my other games for things like raids and special events. Helps a ton! Especially if you have multiple games. Eventually I’ll probably add FoL deadlines.
