Blue Dragon Killer
Multi-shot (Day) - If you shoot a marked player tonight, you will be redirection immune and additionally attack all other marked players. - Uses shared with Vengeance
Eagle Shot (Night) - Shoot a bolt to kill your target without visiting them. If the Heroine attempts to carry out a kill, you will shoot her target in place of her attack. - Infinite uses
Bullseye (Night) - Mark a player. Marked players are unhealable, lose night immunity and cannot become night immune. Up to three players can be marked at any given time. Targeting a marked player with this ability will remove the mark. Targeting yourself will remove all marks. Marks disappear on death or class change. - Infinite uses

Converts to The Archer or The Thaumaturge

Why does the Arcanist convert to the Archer aaaaaaaaaaa

Arcane Focus (Passive) - Immune to occupation and redirection at night.
Sigil of Illusion (Night) - Place a sigil of illusion on a player. The sigil will activate at the start of the next night. If the targetted player would be converted while the sigil is active, they will die instead and the conversion will be put on cooldown. Can only have one sigil of illusion up at a time. Infinite uses
Sigil of Madness (Night) - Invoke madness itself upon a player tonight. Any action they take, besides conversion, will bypass immunities and yield correct information should they get it. Will not bypass passive tailor effects. 2 uses

Well, the archer is not immune to occupation and redirection, Leafia is definetly not starting scum, somebody just have to occupy and redirect them and poof.
