Okay guys, a question.

Do we make the Duke, Marshal and Blasphemer out? Yay or nay?
It lowers the PoE for Visionary down to 3 to a point where we can jail one, execute one and occupy the other.
It also lowers the Reaper PoE by 3 just as a bonus.
