The way Hippo is acting today makes me lean towards my own theory - that Marl died to Cult, for some reason. And that makes Hippo Cult.
About me starting as Cult - no, that’s not possible. PKR was Cult Leader, or did you forget, @Moleland? If I were Acolyte, I would need to be CL now.
And if I’m CL now, why would I push against potential Cult members? It’d be far more reasonable for me to push against Super here, but I’m giving reasoning to not push him.

Getting Super killed or converted is one of the better plays for Cult at the moment, so me defending him completely disproves me as Cult.
I still support the theory of Hippo being Cult, but Noz is definitely the go-to lynch for today.

- The Marl Kill was not a kill made by Cult.
If you read my previous posts on the matter, Marl played very anti-town up until his death. I’m not going to re-iterate my own points. Now, Cult have zero reason to kill Marl because he was going to be lynched today, probably. If they flip scum, that gives them one day, and Marl has served his purpose. If he flips town, they get a mislynch for free. - So what caused the Marl death?
The logical cause is me, but I swear I did not Emerald Potion Marl. You’ll just have to trust me on this. However, what are the other potential causes left?

I’m serious about this. I simply cannot believe that was the case, especially considering my current scumreads. So, what’s the only logical cause of death - But why wouldn’t Marl claim so?

He deleted his journal because it contained his debt targets. I imagine it was an oversight that meant it wasn’t there.

And about Marl’s death - there IS one other possibility, and that Marl died to the Plague and CL was jailed. I don’t know who was jailed last night, I don’t think @Ashe mentioned it, correct me if I’m wrong. It’s probably worth discussing as well.
