But I did read my class card! I had just assumed that the “no voting up king d4” was an unwritten rule because literally everyone in SFOL 12 was saying it.

But, if the carrier refuses to and remains silent, we have to treat them as if they are scum, because they are potentially killing BD every night (on a 2 night delay)

You should only use it if there is like 90% chance that the person is scum based on investigations and everything
