What is the third member or is it randomized? Also is the cap also increased by 1 or not?

The third member is a random Unseen class. Cap is also increased by one. My rationale is that the Blue Dragon can very likely force a mechanical victory easily with higher numbers, and the lack of non-NK neutrals makes balancing with neuts difficult.
