The issue I have with a Bluestorm/PKR scum team is that one of them voted to kill the MM and the other abstained.

If they were on a team, I’d expect both of them to jump on the opportunity to kill somebody outside of their team.

If they’re a scum team, they’re specifically Cult, but they feel split up right now, unless PKR was a recent convert.
