- HTM/Cap slot = Neut (Neut Evil) - Forgot to Bird.
- Sam = Cult. Sam left room
You were convinced the Neutral you found was NK. Cult wouldn’t really mind getting rid of NK, would they? 
Yet if I was cult, I’d have checked with my team as you’ve kept arguing, correct?

You posted your result within 2 minutes from day start and you also said “So HTM/Captain slot is basically NK at this point” exactly 2 minutes later, making that 4 minutes from day start. You didn’t have enough time to cooperate with your Cult and discuss outting the Neut. Basically your fault for outting NE since they’re helpful to you as Cult.
