IMO, this essentially locks Shurian as scum.

Had Frost been the Invoker, he’d be a CL n6 and wouldn’t be able to redirect Shurian’s CS and he’d be dead today. Since he’s not, then Shurian is pretty much guaranteed to be the new CL.
