Mercenaries win with their target. Assuming he is telling the truth about Firekitten, then he’s essentially aligned with Firekitten regardless of his alignment. It’s why his posts should be closer scrutinized this match as he essentially has a second vote.

I guess they should rebound though if you are worried about them rebounding later in the game.
IMO they should rebound celeste. I don’t know why marcus wants to be rebound but it’s obvious that if he’s going to be rebound he’s going to survive it so it’s a waste of resources.
One thing I learnt from the NFoL Hydra was merc isn’t occ/redirect immune in FoL, so it is bad for Marl to state his intentions to rebound in case scum have a roleblocker, or worse, a redirector to use the ill-gotten kill.
but it’s obvious he is GOING to survive the attack. Doing it on marcus will waste it.
Also we won’t know if he’s immune.
