yes but I was counting that too in terms of that it means if you performed the factional kill, the schemer obviously did not use advanced planning on you, nor are you a mugger or burglar. you also can’t be schemer since schemer can’t kill yet.
if you’re scum, you can only be a drug dealer or smuggler.
