Because let’s assume for this, that you are tg/bureaucrat, and Intensify is GK. Intensify gets lynched and flips GK. BD follow your plan and try to convert you d2 and fail. If they want to out you, adventurer to out that the recruitment failed, and we have to rush to vote someone completely different with no guarantee of them being village.
It is a terrible plan, especially since we know scum can gain parity pretty early.
