I’d hazard a guess that the Schemer (Thief), Drug Dealer (Thief), Adventurer (BD), Ice Dragon Avatar (BD), Merchant (Neut) and Bureaucrat (Neut) probably wouldn’t spawn more than once or the game would be honestly more fucked than I already thought lol
