I doubt the scum ever target YBW because he’s literally suspected of being a possible wolf. The thing that frightens me is advanced planning. I’d bet money that Shurian used it on one of his scumbuddies and it’ll allow that scumbuddy to pierce Wind’s death immunity and kill her. Also, if they attacked her N2, she no longer even has death immunity.
