I just realized it’s not classified as a neutral evil lmao
but like… everything it does is anti-BD
and since BD is just buffed town it has a wincon actively against a portion of the town, even if the rest of the town doesn’t particularly care if a couple members die
but the balance is kind of thin here so if both BDs die early in the game, or if a BD dies because they had to out themselves and some other villager dies, it’s already close to the end of the game because thieves will just continue to kill at night, they never kill the bureaucrat, and if town MLs itself then scum has an easy game. The bureaucrat also has it easy because they know who their targets are and can out them at any point they want, and if nobody else besides BD cares about the bureaucrat, they get a free ride.

Min’s priority as anything other than BD is not to yeet the BC.
BD’s priority isn’t to yeet the BC either, but they risk getting outed by them, so while not part of their wincon, the BC is a threat.
Of course because BC is neutral and not evil, town will not really care and thieves will let them live (and they can’t even kill the BC if they wanted to). So it counts as a “wasted lynch” if we vote it out, but imo that’s still the same as ToL Sellsword.
yeah but there are only two starting BD and they can only attempt conversion once, so that’s max three BD
and if all of them die, thieves are very close to parity with the town.
