the more i read the more arete’s posts after the v/v wall look like bad faith

but im still trying to wrap my head around why arete would go for that play instead of… just… pushing someone else in a straightforward manner

maybe because they lost some of the cred they once had with the ranch debacle? so they no longer have the supporters they need to push an ML onto someone else with a case?

At one point, my mind after the v/v wall went ‘the top 2 wagons were w/w and they needed a way to pivot to someone else, so they decided “fuck it, lets go all in on the v/v tinfoil”’

because i was not a main wagon at that point

but… arete was on the counterwagonwagon, which was sulit (with 2 votes, vs marshal’s 5) so it’s not like if marshal/sulit/arete is the scumteam thats particularly threatening?
