Night Ability: Maid Spy: Send a maid to hear the target’s conversation, allowing you to hear their whispers. It will stay on the target until you use this again. Unlimited uses.

Night Ability: Snoop

Night Ability: Forge: Get a copy of your target’s logs. If they die, hide them from the public. 2 uses.

Psychic (Unique Blue Dragon Social) :shield:

Passive: Astral Network: You may speak to anyone you have linked with anonymously at night. They can also talk to each other. Anyone in jail cannot hear or speak using the chat. This passive will remain if your class changes.

Day Ability: Focus Link: Reset the cool down for Alter Link. 2 uses.

Day Ability: Telepathy: Send an anonymous message to everyone. 2 uses.

Night Ability: Alter Link: Target player is immediately added to the astral network. If they are already in the astral network they are immediately removed. The network cannot have more than 4 other players at once. Unlimited uses. 1 day cool down.

Illusionist (Unique Unseen Social) :shield:

Passive: Astral Network: You may speak to anyone you have linked with anonymously at night. They can also talk to each other. Anyone in jail cannot hear or speak using the chat. This passive will remain if your class changes.

Passive: Skilled: You can use both night abilities in the same night.

Day Ability: Focus Link: Reset the cool down for Alter Link. 2 uses.

Day Ability: Telepathy: Send an anonymous message to everyone. 2 uses.

Tell me if you have any ideas to replace Snoop. Preferably whisper based.

I don’t think noble should have private matters with the last 4 whispers I think if it had both then that would be a major buff.

While I don’t have a problem with that. I don’t see how it’s a meaningful improvement from what’s already there. What problem does it solve?

Gameplay flow. The set-and-forget nature allows you to do other useful things at night, which is especially important if we add a non-Snoop ability.

Hawking complete. Have any ideas for a Snoop replacement?

They can only use one per day.

Each serves a purpose.

Reveal Transcripts allows access to information you aren’t watching with Maid Spy, and Private Matters allows you to whisper to anyone without drawing attention.

Having information flood at once isn’t a good idea

You have normal Maid Spy info, plus 4 extra whispers. Wouldn’t call that a flood.

Snoop is one of my favorite abilities in the game please don’t remove it

I personally think it’s harmless.

But it seems most people want it replaced. So I may as well include anything someone comes up with.

My favorite Noble strategy is snoop n1 and n2, usually catch someone with sus logs, make them self-accuse to prove I’m Noble and out them

It’s a strategy that works amazingly well despite all the complaints about it being “impossible” to find sus logs that early

Not necessarily a reason to keep it though.

I don’t care if Noble loses it as long as it stays in the game. I don’t think it fits the Noble’s theme anyway.

The main reason Snoop should remain in the game is that it is a social-deduction ability. By that I mean it takes social deduction for it to be useful.
