I’m wagoning you over evo since his alignment doesn’t directly impact yours. you let marl go through over evo, and it could mean evo is suspicious, but it could also mean mafia think marl is a bigger threat and should die out first. i already talked about it.

why didn’t you vote, after making around 10 posts? Do you think your vote doesn’t matter? you would never know if marl could talk himself out, he even asked you to help him survive, but you refused, even if he was a townread of yours

my position was clear from the start - i thought evo is an unjustified wagon, and i was sheeping a person who said they had a 100% correct reads on marl. it was wrong, tough luck, lets keep moving, 2 cits are dead which is honestly not even bad

if we narrow down the list, it kind of just narrows down to mostly FoL players, which is not a huge improvement lol
but not all of them are familiar with both Marl and EVO, either, I think (and this is only the third game I’ve played with EVO tbh so idk how you want to count that).

when I ISO’d Cloned overnight I found that post where he expressed uncertainty as to Marl’s usual playstyle, so I think if I had to peg someone as not being familiar enough to know that Marl is hard to yeet later on, Cloned would actually fit the bill. Doesnt mean he can’t be wolf partners with someone who’s more familiar with Marl, though, but by this logic, if Cloned is a wolf he has to have at least one teammate who knows Marl well.

I’m not too sure on the FoL dynamics and who knows who, but if you’re saying most know marl, is it worth following that line of thought?

Although, knowing only one side doesn’t exactly say much, though. Since if the knowledge is spread out between two people, they’d need to communicate that somehow and reach the conclusion of lynching marl over EVO, and this was a D1 lynch

I think Marl’s been in every single game on FoL since coming back; that’s why I’m saying a lot of people are familiar with him. And players like PKR and Eevee have been playing with Marl for years, either here or on MC or MU, not sure about other places.

Correct. But Cloned could’ve gotten by without asking whether anyone knew if Marl was usually like that, is what I’m saying. Look at the way it’s worded, and consider the context in that he asked in the middle of pushing Marl:

I don’t think Cloned has much of an impression of Marl from the Thing Game where Marl was town, since Marl subbed out of it. But the last game Cloned played with Marl was Catgrill, and Marl wolfed against Cloned and pushed an ML on him. I did see some parallels to that game (I specc’d it) so I thought i understood where Cloned was coming from.

…I guess it’s mostly meta. Some actual sus, though, but yeah mostly meta.
The problem with that is that their behaviour fits neatly into both their town and mafia behaviour, so goong off of meta there really ain’t good >.>
It’s mostly for the continuation of a joke that was 100% an attempt to frame me in the last game(where they were mafia) and as a bit of pressure to at least maybe get them to participate a bit

Marl was right and literally everything Cloned pulled out in a case against him was something Marl is capable of doing as either alignment. I just didn’t really notice it because lolconfbias and because Cloned also agreed with my reasoning (which was, in fact, incorrect). But the reasons Cloned himself gave for SRing Marl are very general and aren’t actually good reasons if they came from someone familiar with Marl.

Because I’m trying to decide which of you and EVO is a better vote. And from you coming to EVO’s defence so hard… I’m thinking EVO must be important role wise.
