Suggestion: The two kings game (re: How to make king’s faction not the game deciding factor)

I’ve thought of another way to make the game not decided by the king faction: 2 kings!

Why we need this?

Also, to make a game more about deception and less about keeping good logs. choosing the right king and not ust randomly getting an evil king.

The idea:
At the start of the game, there will be 2 kings, one of them is “fake”, and the other is good (1,16 posiotions)
This could be in every game of some of them.

Abilities:
passives:

  1. immune to deaths first 3 nights
  2. all the current king’s passive

day abilities:
defile (starting evil king only): when a player die at day, change the way he his apeared to the court. (2 uses)

Night abilities:
Allies: check if a player is cult/unseen (1 use, only useable on first 3 nights)
Speech: talk with 2 players at night

Election:
At the beggining of day 4 (can be day 5 too) the town will have an election, and vote for the king who stays at the game. The losing king will be executed. His identity won’t be revealed until the new king dies. the day won’t end after the election.

The new king abilities:
passive: current king’s passive, the new king can’t be voted out of the game, can’t be poisioned by butler, for the first 3 days after the election unless he executed a blue dragon player.
day: royal finger, defile (evil only)
night: 4 guards: 2 order execution.

Keeping good logs and deception aspect of the game aren’t linked each other do you know why? Because some people need only their “twisted logic” to hang anyone, good player can in 80% of the times caught some evils with an abillity that called “scum reading” without relying on other logs. But back to topic, how can suppose a Good King can confirm himself as good in first 3 days? If there is 2 King’s how suppose know who is their ally? For sake of safety the most reasonable choice is to hang first King then hang anoter to make sure there isn’t possible Evil King on throne. I would also skip a fact that if any King want to whisper anyone by yourself a court called you as “suspicious” since that can be an EK who is talking with his ally. Your idea would fall with at least few days im pretty sure.

Well you can’t kill them both.

Maybe you should make the ability:
Speech: talk with 2 players at night, check if the first is cult or unseen (3 uses, only avaiable for non elected kings)

Somtimes the evil king will get elected, but at least he won’t be an evil king by randomness.

They got rid of it because the game was decided based on king’s faction. My suggestion make the king faction doesn’t matter at all

Or using defile while killing a blue dragon player.

The problem with two kings is it takes up 2 slots

i really don’t ever think there were two kings in the same castle.

If there is 2 of them then can’t that mean that it is possible to have 2 evil kings which is even MORE swingy?

Nuke they nerfed allies and made him a sheriff what do you think?

No there are always 1 bd and 1 evil king, ill write it on the suggestion

Then kill one of them at random D2. You will thus confirm the faction of the other.
