Just know that I’ve hardly read any class suggestions, so there’s a decent chance the reason I don’t care about any given idea is that I simply haven’t seen it before.
Witch Hunter . (Neutral Investigative)
Passive
Determined : The Witch hunter is driven to route out the witch and see her burnt , he cannot be occupied .
Night Ability 1 : WitchHunt : Discover if someone is possibly a witch ( possible witchs are female)
Night Ability 2 : Burn the Witch (3 uses ) Kill someone you believe to be a witch , if the target is a witch this bypasses night immunity .
Win condition : See the witch Dead .
Notes : Each charachter would now in addition to everything else have a gender . If a game starts with a witchhunter , 1 random female charachter will in addition to their normal class , be a witch.
Witchs are night immune to death and receive a notice at the start of the game that they are also a witch .
Butler - Male
Court Wizard - Male
Death Knight - same as before raised
Drunk - Male
Hunter - Male
Knight - Male
Noble - Male
Observer - Male/Female
Paladin - Male
Physicain - Male/Female
Prince - Male
Princess - Female
Psychic - Male/Female
Sheriff - Male
Fool - Male/Female
Scorned -Female
Mercenary - Male/Female
Possesor - Male/Female
Reaper - Nothing ( will show as not female )
All starting Evil( assassin ,mastermind, cult leader etc ) - Male/Female ( determined only for starting evil , converted players keep original gender )
Players cannot change gender during a game , the only exception being the possesor will remain the same gender as the body he inhabits , if he somehow inhabits the witch , he will become the witch .
Reasons you would want to Kill the Witch Hunter : If you are female , you will be a target .
Reasons to keep Witch Hunter alive : his reports can be quite informative , which would likely mostly benefit BD , the prince is likely safe as is the starting king , also there is a chance that if the good guys are not the witch then a key bad guy could be the target witch .
The poor hard working devs would have to provide some gender appropriate class cards

The Rampaging Carrot
Neutral Killer
Yummy (Passive) - Will be eaten one part if occupied, the carrot has 3 part.
Rooted (Passive) - Due to being a plant, you can’t-do anything at day and immune to death at night, as people didn’t see the carrot as a threat, and you can’t be voted up as a carrot.
Eat This (Day) - Put the carrot into someone’s mouth, preventing them to do any day ability. - Infinity uses
Vegtablesssss (Night) - Put your explosive carrot to your target and everyone who visit your target. They will be notified about the explosive carrot. - Infinity uses
Ka-boom (Night) - Detonate all your explosive carrot, killing them and people who visited them. Can be used after Day 3.
Your objective is to kill everyone in your way.

why would an observer obviously be male ? Are scorned female as part of their lore ?(genuine question)

I dunno… The observer does look like a beautiful bearded woman if you ask me.

If you check the scorned lore, she is absolutely female. I guess the observer could be female, but it is less than .1% chance

I would add to my suggestion a request to have new female/male versions of the class portrait added as appropriate to the gender you got . Scorned though I have updated to be definitely female
