Hippos vote is NAI. He’s just doing RVS. The part that can be read is my and Blitzer’s vote on the same person and Hippos vote on PKR and defense of Blitzer
You can argue about what it shows but it is definitely something that can be looked into and not just dismissed because “RVS”
