As I said to say no and reject this mission is to claim spy at this point.
Unless someone can give a definitive team that would have succeeded there is no reason to reject this

If you cannot do the above then there is no reason not to pass this team now, plain and simple, black and white. There is no grey area, no middle ground. We either get information now and pass this, or we send the team to win this with little chance of actually doing so.
