I’m probably canning this since no one cares anymore :’^}
I had fun. Thank you for doing this
T-thanks
I wanted to reward everyone who made something that can be used as backstory by putting it inside the one-shot.
I think my favourites were Math’s and Reaper’s, which would happen pretty damn late in the game (Math’s before the final boss and Reaper’s after the boss)
I laugh on how much Math’s bg was fitting with this campaign, seriously. The real reason behind the hauntings was a goblin faux wizard.
In general,
Group 2 was more enthusiastic. Group 1 was more reliable, the things were slow but moving instead of playing more in a short while and then forgetting about the game.
Level 2s are so damn fragile.
If anyone is interested, ask me if something was on the original module or I took it out of my own mind.
The original module gave me a npc without any ways on how the PCs would reach her, so I had to create connections. It was definetively easier in group 2 since they offtracked so much (both Nix and Silo would link to her). Group 1 didn’t hear about Greta Bronzebeard at all.
Most one shot modules in DM’s Guild seem to suck, as I noticed when searching for level 3 ones - they either don’t work on a virtual table, or are absurdly railroady, or are too stereotypical. I took this one randomly and thankfully it is decent whilst imperfect.
Sorry.
I kind of sucked.
I’m quite a bit better for longer, less structured plots
Showed in how meh I played here
Overall solid meme party though
I was surrounded by idiots, edgelords, and furries
Changeling is GOAT
I have planned something to soothe my mind to allow this Nix to die whilst the big Nix still lives
It is a shame, I was really excited
Seems like my pan-wielding Warlock will have to cease her adventures
In the end you would find a sorcerer’s tomb your patron would make sure to redirect you towards
There you would hit its imaculated corpse with the dream nail in an attempt to reawaken him
Which probably would result in your death but that could be avoided depending how she acted in the dreamscape

The fiend is a Minecraft player.
You are the wooden pickaxe.
The more powerful warlock is the stone one.
And after that the wooden pickaxe is thrown into the furnace to save resources since it already worked all its utility.
Suddenly Hollow Knight
