(Ahhh, sounds like a good idea)
He sees the woman In his dreams with Zark and goes in to talk to them both
āSo⦠what the hell happened last night? Diāny of you fellers manage to discover how that man died? Did I die? Did he die?ā
Jan is clearly confused.
It was all just a nightmare. But in that nightmare⦠I saw a woman, may have been you⦠Being killed by some overpowered female reaper. Itās fine. Youāre alive and Iām glad to meet you. Probably donāt need an introduction, I guess
āHm. So whatās happening aboard this ship⦠I hear rumors of a plunder, cult hideout, and whispers of the gods. Same gods be damned if Iāve to miss out on all this fun.ā
Seems like so much chaos has been going on. The selfish blue Dragon abandoned me a long time ago and thereās only a couple of us on here. The other girl is a slight nutcase! Sheās like the reaper but less stabby. Iām glad I can get away. Itās sometimes very hard to escape when you want to. I guess thatās the allure of conspirators such as the cult and the unseen.
āSounds about right. So I see youās reconnected me to whoever the hell this is here. Fancy that! You two seem to have already made acquaintance?ā
Hessald is by the door, looking to control the situation.
The reaper has vanished. To where? Only the gods know.
(The entrance of one of the cabins btw.)
āAnd youāve just decided to bring yourself on by and eavesdrop as well! Seems like one too many blokes on a ship too long have forgotten their manners. Care to explain what brings you here?ā
āI wish that fights will stop breaking out at every whim and fancy. Our ship isnāt an alleyway for random fightsā¦ā
He turns to a piece of paper.
āName please?ā
āWhoās fights have broken out recently? Nameās Jan ā pretty sure I already let ya know.ā
He sighs.
āIf you did⦠it was probably in that dream⦠Someone apparently got poisoned in the weapons room⦠right?ā
āSeems to me thereās a little more realism to my ādreamā than youād be comfortable admitting. Now why again did you come to check up on us here?ā
āIām a bard, but am in charge of the cabins here. The captain⦠a little not fit for work right now.ā
āAlso, youāre an intruder, I donāt see your name in this name list.ā
Jan walks behind Hessald and casually closes the door, turning the lock.
ā¦
āNow exactly what kinda implications does being an intruder bring upon me?ā
There is no lock. Youāre out in the hallways.
(Is it just tradition around here to write things despite rather than around characterās actions?)
āEvents being as they are, Iāll put you on the list. But tisā on the docks, your name will be removed. The captain has a copy of the list after all.ā
He shakes his head.
(If you havenāt noticed, Hessald was standing at the entrance of a cabin. I have forgotten to say the specifics of it, so that may be it.)
āWhen 'tis my time exactly, and WHAT are the events as they are?ā
