“Now then why is this black mist over us…” Xerial looked up trying to figure out why it was here while trying to keep Slake calm
It is the usual fog that hovers before you reach the Kingdom of Xed. Something ominous is in the air, the fog is unusually thick.

“Ya’ll learn fast! Just a lil more and we’ll be good for the first test!”
“What could this mean I wonder.” Xerial stared at the fog
F:“Huh? First test? What’s that? I–I wanna know so I can practice!” G:"…if they’re waiting for us to pass it, it means we’ll probably be ready for it then."
“It is late after all. Kids outta sleep!” She puts her hands on her hips, before starting to push the girls into the hut.
“Xerial, you feel that? This is strange…” Hessald at the stern of the ship shouts to you.
“Yes I do…It seems off puting…”
F:“Hey, I-I can still train! Just let me five more minutes…!”
“Nuh-uh, you’re growing up you know. Sleep is beauty! I also would not want you to be sneaking up late at night ya know!”
F:“ANd how would you possibly spot- I-I mean, fine…” They went to the hut without too much protest.

Activity on the ship begins to hustle. The ship turns.
Admidst the mist, everyone can make out an outline of a ship sinking into the ocean on the east side.
“What could this mean some kind of ghostly stuff here?”
“Ya heard that buddy get ready” Xerial comforts Slake and gets him ready a for fight
Zark is surprised by the sudden turn of the ship while inside his cabin
Jaze sighs and looks at her sword by one of the dummies.
“That pretty boy is strong… I have to get stronger…”
She begins to practise.
