Lucy is sweeping the castle , and hears the ongoing commotion.
She arrives at the door to the king’s chambers , and sees all the commotion that is there.
L: What’s going on? There’s no need to make such a ruckus!

There is a commotion outside.

“Please help me to summon all the people in, that are waiting outside the door, on your way out. You know what kind of people that we have in here.” He sighs.
