The Throne... Roleplay Thread

“Oh hey Drevis, Just woke up from my long sleep. I was up pretty late last night making sure Patrick’s prisoners weren’t attempting an escape”

“So. What are you doing? You better not be planning on removing my chocolate fountain”

“and is brother back yet?”

“A deal you say. A mere observer, and an unidentified man, what makes you think that you are worthy to strike a deal with me?”

He sighs.

“I have no plan to do so. You better be more careful in the future, Prince Nick. You are the Crown Prince now. Future diplomacy may fall into your hand.”

“Wait, what?”

“Patrick is King now?”

(as I said before, he was sleeping for a while)

“…as of your deceased Father’s Will, your elder brother, King Felone, will now serve the throne.”

“WAIT, dad’s dead?”

“and I never got to… see him…”

“Well, I’m going to the town to try to take my mind off it”

leaves castle, walks into town and sits by a tree near the local forest

thinks to self about how the tool merchant from yesterday isn’t there anymore

“…”

His face remains impassive. But Drevis heart is brimming with rage. The prince lack of mourning, or the will to redeem himself, only add coals to the fire.

“…I should take a day off as well.”

He goes off to look for his steward, mentioning his purpose.

“that’s odd, where is the merchant that sold me the chocolate fountain?, is she closed today or something. ehh probably, I’ll check tomorrow”
(does not say this out loud)

Kathrine goes to the forest to search for the hunter she made puns too

(Wow, if you’re just near the entrance, you’re far from me anyway :stuck_out_tongue: (Pug))

News of the king’s death has spread. The people in the town are talking about it.

Kathrine bumps into the hunter and says “Well I guess I’m pining after you”

Unamused by the puns he says
“If you was a tree, even I’d leaf you alone”
