With Mode’s passive we know that Leafia is not a Human, but who in Homestuck would closest fit Chronomancer? If that is a human I would suspect Leafia a lot right now.
Well I didn’t really get a chance to answer this in-person, but basically my vote was supposed to follow the readslist I made above.

I ain’t a dayvig (I wish I was) and I don’t understand something from this kill: What merit does it have?
Aside from me, there is literally nobody who benefits from Mode’s death, because only I have a grudge on him.
If it was a limited dayvig, then it was a waste of a shot.
If it was an unlimited claimvig, then there would be no demerit, but for that to happen Mode has had to have given his claim with the event, which is very weird, even for Mode.

For me, Homestuck’s too much to read, so I just don’t plan on working with flavor at all.

Hm… I want to say: “That is oddly specific,” but then again Mode’s passive is also somewhat specific for the first event.
Plus, if it really was Leafia, then she had to have gone for Mode first rather than the other way around.
…actually, that means that it could’ve been anyone, and it just happens that Mode gave a yes-response to Leafia.

I just realized that cloned probably only just got on when the pair and kill happened. They had probably both happened hours/minutes before, so they actually probably aren’t related. So that kinda rules out leafia claimvig.
Unless leafia got claimvigged, and pushed it off onto mode.
