i was not told how long it’d be before they revive, do not know the requirements to disable the revive, and every time you speak their name, their rumor counter grows. Like legit just speak their name and their rumor counter grows.
It probably has other mechanics that I was not notified of.

basically: it’s pointless to kill them, because they’ll come back and we don’t know how to prevent that
