More likely Consort. I think Cloned said he blocked Eevee because Eevee didn’t claim but he did claim TI D1. Either Cloned wasn’t paying attention to the game or he quickly tried to come up with a reason why he RBed Eevee
Should Marshal’s claim be true and Arete is Mafia, we just don’t know what he can do other than killing.
