My take on the whole capo craziness -

Why does it not makes sense for capo to waive their retraining for the day?

If we assume for a second that I am consort, like you people claim:
we have capo + consort + prankster + some other role. In this case we know that capo did not retrain; the last role has to be the person that carried out the factional kill, since both the consort and the prankster did their actions. All other explanations I think are tinfoils that might make sense later on.

Now letā€™s return back to reality, where I am the escort:
In this case we have a capo + prankster + support + another role. Prankster did their thing, check. I believe that if we had a consort they would have ccā€™ed me, but nobody did, so we donā€™t have a consort; so the support is either a consig or an agent, both of which are very powerful roles. Even if we had a consort, this slot would have performed their action, because this slot is extremely powerful. Thus we are left with one last slot, which would be the one that carried out the kill, which means that the capo could not retrain.

Conclusion: given that the prankster action happened (and that bepwei is not lying), the capo did not retrain anyone on the scumteam. Furthermore, if the capo chose to not retrain anyone, it only makes sense that the capo would carry out the kill unless the last mafia slot is a mafioso.

Thus it would have been katze that visited derp unless we have a mafioso.

In the case of no mafioso, then katze visited derps, and marshal is lying. Lynch marshal.

In the case of mafioso, the only case marshal is telling the truth is Arete = mafioso; this is possible, because as the mafia Arete would know most of everyoneā€™s alignment, so they can claim cop. But in this case it is still possible for marshal to be lying. Iā€™d say itā€™s 50/50 on alignment.

Conclusion - Lynch Marshal today
