So there is only two things: check is real, roleblock is fake means Cloned did not roleblock and confirms Trifecta as Citizen (now Italy is lynched as Witch that is)
Or the roleblock is real and NS result is fake, meaning two mafia is on Arete while Wazza is doing the kill, we cannot rely on that, but that means the RB is real.
